We also have an ultra nit-picky focus on our customer service to make sure our clients have a really great time on their holidays. Nothing is too small or too much trouble for us, and we are constantly looking for ways we can improve our offering, long after we have taken your booking and even whilst you are still away on your travels.

On face value, we are a luxury Tour Operator pulling together some of the finest collections of suppliers around the world to deliver a first class holiday for you at some of the most idyllic destinations around thew world.
But actually at heart, we’re something a little more than that. We really care. We really care about your holiday. We care how good all its little parts are and how they all come together to make a really special overall experience. And we care that if something goes wrong at any point, then we’re there ready to help fix it.
It’s important to you to know that for the few weeks of the year you are able to, you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest and get the most of that precious time. We’re not just selling holidays, we’re providing a whole end to end luxury experience, and it really matters to us that it lived up to everything you hoped it would be.
Where we came from
We’ve been operating luxury holidays for discerning sports fans for quite a number of years now. We run some of the most successful luxury experiences for sports supporters at some of the biggest events in the world.

Most travel companies start by offering regular holidays and then diversify into other specialisms like sports holidays, but we’ve done it the other way round.
